TTSI - Parts Catalogs

Our Parts Catalog (PC) Department is one of the cornerstones of Trenton Tech. It's not as glamorous as some of our other services, but accurate, well-organized parts catalogs are integral to product support and customer services.

Parts cataloging requires a keen eye for detail, determination, mechanical aptitude and thoroughness combined with a detective's analytical reasoning, a strong work ethic and pride in one's work.

Our Parts Department embodies those qualities.

Working closely with our Technical Illustrators and our TM Department, our parts writers gather their information from a variety of sources: engineers, engineering decisions, bills of material, blueprints. Sometimes they take the product apart in our shop and thoroughly document it. Sometimes they track the information through our clients' vendors or our clients' vendors' vendors to gather the information they need. Then they sift through it and presents the results in precise, thorough and easy-to-use documents in both electronic and printed format.
