Our Technical Manual department is composed of a staff of very talented writers from diverse backgrounds in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and computer science. Some are college trained, other spent decades tearing apart anything with moving parts. Together they form a multi-faceted team of professionals who are just as comfortable working with your engineers as they are in wading through pages of hydraulic schematics.

They get dirty. We have a fully equipped shop that allows us to tear down and document most machinery. For those products too big for our shop (some of the products we work on are bigger than our building) our staff goes on site.

So when one of your products goes out the door, you will  be sure it is accompanied by clearly written support material geared toward the intended reader - whether it's a consumer needing to put together a string trimmer for the first time, a factory trained mechanic who needs the procedure to rebuild a transmission, a service writer who needs an accurate time estimate or the operator of an earth mover who needs to know the ins and outs of his machine before he turns the key.
